What are Keywords?
Keywords are words or phrases you can reserve and attach to one of your notifications lists. Once a keyword is attached to a notification list, people can text that keyword to one of our incoming numbers and their phone number will automatically be subscribed to the notification list you attached the keyword to.
For example, if you are organizing a call chain for school snow days, you might reserve the keyword "SNOW" and attach it to a Notification List called "School Closings" and ask parents/students to text SNOW to (734) 99ALPHA. The next time you send a notification to your "School Closings" notification list, all those who texted SNOW will be included in your notification.
